Posting here because I have tried every other method of contacting verizon to resolve this issue and have been on hold for over an hour. Verizon is not honoring their $650 promotional credit for a recent phone trade in. So frustrating! Sorry to crowd the message boards with this but I am sick of wasting so many hours to get in touch with them. What poor customer service. This should have been resolved the first time I called a week ago and I keep getting the runaround from their service reps.
