I understand that the Verizon iPhone 7's are factory unlocked out of the box. Is this still true for phones purchased under a 1 or 2 year contract?

We have fantastic news for you. All 4G devices, no matter if they are purchased for 2 year contracts or Device Payment Plans, or full retail, are all unlocked for international use. However, please be advised we cannot guarantee service on any other carriers.
