I am using dual sim on my iphone 11 Pro Max (purchased directly from Apple). Verizon via physical sim and Tmobile via esim. I have had this set up since I received the phone and everything is working. I am trying to add an apple watch to my account but it says that i don't have an iphone. I went to verizon store and the employee asked me to call Apple. Apple said that phone is unlocked and there is no issue on their end. Verizon can't seem to help....... Any ideas?
