I got a new iphone sent in the mail. It had directions to download my information from cloud. I left it overnight to download. It would only go to half way. I did it again same thing. Went to Verizon Store they said they couldn't help me. They always would transfer my contacts before is this something new? Had to go to Apple store and pay $25 for the service.
Although VZ Cloud generally works well I'd suggest using iCloud with your iOS devices. It is the native cloud solution is works flawlessly (generally speaking). Sorry to hear you had an issue.
