I have been receiving very abusive texts from a phone number that is confirmed to be a Verizon phone number. I already pressed charges and there is a warrant for his arrest, but it's a misdemeanor.
The guy has not stopped texting me. Every time I block the number, he just makes a new one.
Why won't Verizon do something on their end? These abusive texts clearly violate their terms of service agreement. I am thinking of leaving Verizon because I don't feel they value my safety or my mental anguish.
Hello. I'm sorry to hear about the experience. We would recommend using one of the methods to block numbers with the following link: https://www.verizon.com/support/block-numbers/
