When I first loaded the MyVerizon app, it prompted me to login using my website login. I put that in, and I was able to see the information/usage on all 5 phones on our family plan. Now, however, when I open the app, it only shows my phone; I can't select left/right to switch to the other phones on the account.
I would like to be able to check the usage of my kids phones in addition to my own periodically through the month using this app. At first, it seemed like this would be possible, but now I can't view their phones in the app. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug? Or by design?
I believe you account is not the account holders line.
When you pick a screen name for each line 1 had to be selected as account primary. Then you can but if your on a family share you can see what you did and the total so you can mins the total from yours and figure out the difference.
If you aren't on the same plan then you can call *611 to figure out which line was set up as primary even if it isent really the primary. If you do *611 then check mins you can check mins for everyone I think or customer service can tell you if you are the account owner or as authorzed user.

Do you have the newest version of my Verizon? On the older one I would press the right arrow then usage details and see all people on the account to an extent. Usage details will te you everything. I assume you have the new one since I don't have to select different phones to see everyone.
