Visual Voicemail not working properly

Visual Voicemail not working properly.  Voice message does not  show as coming in someitmes for over a week.  For example, message from 9/28/12 did not show up on phone until 10/6/12.  Reset of Network Settings has not solved problem

Not sure what you want. Are you asking for assistance, or merely letting us know that you have trouble with the app? Your next course of action would be to uninstall and then reinstall the application.

You can't uninstall visual voicemail btw. Apple is in charge of it uike the original vzw visual voicemail. Vzw will blame apple network but that doesent mean that it is apples fault.

The OP did not state that they had an Apple device. Just because it was posted in that orum does not make it law. People come on here and post in the wrong forum all the time. but thanks for trying to correct me gina7239.
