Visual Voicemail says "Call Voicemail"

I have an Iphone 6s. Did a carrier update this AM, and since my visual voicemail shows no content. It just says "Call Voicemail".

Any ideas?

If so, please turn this off and ensure that you have a data connection before trying the visual voicemail. If you still receive this message, please be certain that call forwarding is not on by dialing *73 send. Please let us know if you then see any change.

I had this happen to two of my phones at the same time.  

I called verizon wireless customer care and they said the promblem was on their end.  She just had to turn on the feature.  She stayed on the phone with me until both phones were back up and running.
