Voice Mail Not Deleting

Ever since upgrading to iOS 7 I have had problems with voice mail. It will lock up when trying to delete messages. Or I can delete them and they will reappear as listened to but not deleted. Even when I call from a land line and delete messages some of them will come back. Apple does not know what the issue is. I have reset the phone and that didn't solve the problem.

I have done both a hard and soft reset. This started when I upgraded to

iOS7. The voice mail does not respond well to my deleting them. Some will

delete after pressing Delete 2 or 3 times. Most of them will disappear and

then come back showing as read but not deleted. I can call the phone from a

land line and go into voicemail and delete all of the messages, but they

will still show up in my voice mail on the phone as not having been read.
