I can listen to hear my voice mail but...I don't get alerts and don't see any display of calls. I am missing voice mails as a result!

settings/notifications/advanced.....is vm checked?
as i recall if vm is left, it's not a missed or connected call & won't show up.

Here's how to check http://spr.ly/6607E0I09 When Wi-Fi is turned off, can you browse the internet on your iPhone 6? What's the city name you're located in and can you provide me with the nearest intersection?
