Got a new iPhone plan for my iPhone 6. But now when I get a voicemail I hit the voice mail button but it won't play voice message back. Please help

We definitely want your new device working in every way and happy to help. What exactly seems to occur when you attempt to access voicemail with the icon on the device? Do you receive a specific error or anything of the like? What happens if you dial *86? Able to access your voicemail that way? Share some details and we'll do what we can to figure this out.

make sure you cell data is on and turn wifi off. also soft reset the phone - hold power and home key until you see apple then release let it reboot
