When my phone goes to voice mail it says this number is disconnected or number has been changed. I can receive calls, txt messages and go on line. Help
We definitely want to ensure your device is running in top form! How long has this been occurring? Is call forwarding currently off? Please dial *73 to ensure that it's off. You'll hear a few beeps before hanging up.
