Voicemail Problems

I've been told by many people that my voicemail is messed up. Whenever a call is made, my phone plays this weird pulsing noise. It doesn't play my greeting I have set up in the phone, so my callers don't even know if they've hit the right place.

Any help?

Lets get that fixed, kikiwas1987! Here is how to set up your voicemail box: http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/64887 . If it is already setup, access voicemail box, touch Greeting and choose Default for your mobile number or Custom to record a greeting.
