Voicemails are not being delivered

 Both my husband and I are experiencing delays in receiving voicemails. I just received two voicemails at the same time, one of them was from a week ago. My husband had a friend who said he left a voicemail, and my husband never received it. So I called my husbands phone and left a voicemail and then both appeared.

I am always getting important voicemails myself, so I completely understand how receiving your voicemails in a timely manner is critical.  Let’s get to the bottom of this.  What type of phones do you have?  Where does this happen?  When did this first start?
