This is my first Iphone, and so far I really like it but I'm having trouble with the volume of the alerts. I went to settings=>sounds=> and lower the volume all the way down, but my alerts are still considerably louder than my phone ringtones. Is this something that is normal in this phone or is my particular phone that has some type of glitch. The alerts and rhinestones are the ones that the phone come with, I haven't create personal ringtones so I know is not the files.
