Want turn on

My apple 5c want turn on & person at Verizon store is just trying to sale me everything under sun. What can I do?

Try this:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You should force restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as a last resort, and only if it's not responding. To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Sounds like it's time to find an Apple Store nearby, or send the device into Apple for repair.

Ensuring you have a working phone is paramount GucciMama. Let's get to the bottom of your equipment concerns. What make and model phone do you have?  Are you also experiencing difficulties with your phone powering on? Can you clarify what you mean by forcing the phone multiple times.

Try connecting the iPhone to iTunes on a computer and see if anything on the screen comes up and restore the iPhone to see if it fixes the issue. If that doesn't work stop by an Apple store in the area to see about replacing the device under their 1-year manufacturer warranty as long as the phone is not damaged in any way.

Also try connecting the phone to a charger and press and hold down the power key and home button down for a full minute. That works at times as well to revive iPhones.
