Insurance offers a great piece of mind and comfort, Neiljess06. I definitely want you to know what your options are for insurance. You can add insurance to a new device (originally sold by Verizon or a Verizon authorized retailer) that has been activated on Verizon within 30 days (as long as it has no damage and is fully operational). Also, for a limited time, it is open enrollment and if there is no damage and the device fully functions, you can enroll it. Here's more details: Does this help clarify?
