I just got my iPhone 7 Plus! I'm wondering how people charge their new iPhones? I was going to use it and let it drain then charge it. I only ask because I want the most out of my battery or do these not matter anymore? Thoughts?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
It is not good to let modern lithium batteries drain. Ideal is not letting it get below 20% unless unavoidable and do not keep plugging into charger when above 80%.
Whitneylauder,
Congratulations on your new iPhone purchase. I can’t wait to get my own iPhone in my hands. There is no written rule on how to charge your iPhone. However, it is always recommend to use the original charger when charging your iPhone.
