What's up with my iPhone 6

1)My Camera app has disappeared frm my screen.

2)) i can no longer shut off my iPhone.

3) i can not increase my iPhone volume.

4) i can not rotate my screen anymore.

Could this have to do with upgrading my safari IOS 9 on my iPhone 6

Never had this problem. If you can't force the phone to reboot by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the apple appears on the screen you may need to restore it via iTunes. Make sure you have a recent backup before doing so.
