I got the the wrong phone and Verizon place I have to go back tho the insurance that sent me the wrong color on the phone and I want a new and the insurance place doesn't promise it going to be new and I just want the same color as a new one

if you've filed a claim through Asurion and you have received the incorrect color you'd have to contact Asurion (or whatever 3rd party insurance you use) and work with them to have the issue resolved. Because the insurance companies are not part of Verizon Wireless, Verizon Wireless would be unable to intervene in their practices.
