Can you explain where exactly to enter your down payment when placing an order online? I don’t see the option anywhere and I’ve tried both the app and the website. I have a trade in and it didn’t ask if I wanted to apply that to the new device, either. I want to apply the trade plus some more to reduce my monthly payments.
