So we upgraded our iPhone 5s to new 7's. Had our local store do the transfer of info off old phones onto new phones. Get all the way home & calling Hubby's # calls my phone & vice versa. So I call the store & they said "Oh you can fix that yourself", told me (wrong, I had to look it up online) how to pop out the SIM cards & swap 'em, said that should take care of it; guess what: now neither phone is working. So back to the store I guess.
We want to make sure you are provided with the best service. With regard to your phones what happens when you try to make a call? Do you show service at the top of the phone?
