Why am I not able to recieve my short-code sms'

I can't receive any short-code SMS for my 2 step verification for Apple, Google, my bank, and school bank accounts.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've been trying to figure it out the whole night with no luck.

I have a unlocked iPhone 7 Plus 128GB. If that'll help.
