I know how important it is to keep your phones information separate. Our community member is making a very good suggestion. If you are using the same Apple ID on each device, their information will be shared and you will see it appear on each phone.

Great question, are the devices sharing any type of email account? The reason we ask is that if they are using the same email there is a possibility that the contacts are synchronizing on both devices via the email. ~Vic
