What happens when you try to access?  Is there a specific error message or something that you receive?

IN order to control the iPhone there has to be a companion app on the iPhone, which does not exist.

to put  parental controls on the iPhone, you will have to use iphone parental controls through Apple.

What kind of parental control do you use??? Some of them cause such problems. I use http://www.refog.com/ and don't have such problems any more. Smiley Happy
