Why did I suddenly stop receiving voicemails?

I've recently noticed that I am not getting voicemails. Looking back, it seems to have stopped around mid-September. I've tried just about everything, including resetting my network settings. Needless to say, nothing has worked. I've missed a lot of important messages and would like to get it fixed soon. Has anyone else had this problem recently and how did you fix it? Thank you!

Sorry to hear about the trouble with getting your voicemails. I know voicemail can be a critical feature in many cases. When you say you're missing the voicemails, do you mean you're missing the alert that there's a new voicemail, or there's simply no message in the system for you when you check it?
