So my phone bill is due August 4th and I have to pay $157.64 by that date. Last week I payed $70 and it still hasn't gone through. Yesterday I payed $87.64 and that went through easily. I don't know why this is a problem. But now my debit card says that it took the $70 from me but it still shows that I still owe Verizon $70 bucks..
Call into customer service at 800 922 0204 and they can submit a form to have that payment found. Make sure you have your banking info and date of payment. The turn-around time is about 2-5 days.
