When Plugging phone to PC, it will vibrate and chime while connected?

Lets get that phone up and running again Marsden. Is there any damage to the device, charger or charging port? Try pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds. Keep us posted.
