Why is my Iphone 6 signal cycling?

Iphone 6 in area code 85605 is signal cycling. It will have LTE, then 3g, then 1x, then no signal, and then cycle again. I have tried a soft and hard reset, a reset to the network settings, a reset to the device setting, and a reinstall of the OS. Does anyone have any other ideas or possible solutions?
