I tried to update my IOS with wifi. My phone is stuck will an apple logo but I can not turn it off

Try holding the Home and Power buttons at the same time for about 30 seconds.
If you have access to a computer, I would open iTunes on the computer and connect the phone to the computer to see if you can complete the update via iTunes.
