when connected to my computer it displays the message "The iPhone cannot be used because it requires a newer version of iTunes." Although when I go to update iTunes it says I am up to date?
Being able to connect your iPhone to iTunes is crucial. Do you know what verision iTunes you have on your pc? Is everything up to date on your iphone as well?
