Wifi OFF issues & VZ contact transfer app

I have the same issue here. Can't connect to any WIFI, all networks appearing are locked thus have no way of connecting to any network through WIFI, funny that I can't even connect to my home network. One other thing is that I had my favourite game on my previous phone (Motorolla) that I paid for, and now bought iphone 4 and nothing to play with on this phone. Don't know how to import my game into iphone. Please help with WIFI and transfering games from an older device to a smart phone...
