Hi! My phone keeps dropping phone calls while in our home. Wifi calling disconnects and the phone call gets disconnected. I have tried the following:
1) phone is updated, reset all networks, new SIM card was sent and installed
2) wifi assist is turned off
3) turned off wifi calling, rebooted wifi modem and router, reconnected wifi calling
the problem persists. Have great wifi signal in the house.

Hi! The device is updated. I have gone through several steps already with Verizon. The issue I still happening. It simply got so bad that I decided to turn off wifi calling. And now I am getting the message to turn on wifi calling since the phone continues to drop calls.
This problem has been going on for months. Since the beginning of the year.

We're having the exact same problem. My wife has an iPhone SE, and it happens every time she tries to have a wifi calling phone conversation for more than about 3 minutes. I have an iPhone 6, and my phone does drop wifi call also, but not nearly as often. We've tried everything; updated iOS, reset the router, changed wifi networks in our home (we have 2 running), turned off wifi assist, everything. NOTHING WORKS.
We typically have 1 bar on our phones where we live, which isn't enough service to place a regular call, but also seems to be turning off wifi calling while in the middle of a call. COMPLETE PAIN IN THE REAR.
You may have to use Google Voice or another 3rd party app for Wi-Fi calling. As you have noticed, Verizon's implementation won't let you force Wi-Fi.
Mine is doing the same and it's getting very annoying. Any answers???

This type of concern would take troubleshooting to better discern the problems core location. Are there spots in your house where the service seems to remain consistent? Does this happen everywhere you go that you are able to connect to Wi-Fi?
