Wifi calling not working iphone 11

My husband and I both have iphone 11s. My phone works fine making wifi calls and receiving them at our home, with VZW Wifi showing in the upper left of screen. My husband's phone set on the same network, same setting, does not show VZW Wifi, and doesn't make or receive wifi calls. This just started yesterday, before that he wasn't having any issues.
We're perplexed, any suggestions would be appreciated.
