I am going to be traveling to Costa Rica on business for a week.  I want to very that my iPhone 4 will work over there before I leave.  Will it and what are the charges going to be?  Thanks

I suggest you start here:

International Trip Planner

If you plan to use minutes, text and data you should think about adding an international plan. If you plan to turn all functions off and use Wi-Fi, just remember to do that because pay as you go can get expensive.
