I have been a Verizon customer for many years. I purchased two IPhone 11 pro max online with one new line to take advantage of the BOGO promotion with unlimited plan.
The promotion was stated that Buy one new line, get one free as $750 credit would toward to my bill for 24 month, and $250 gift card would be given on each line if I changed to unlimited plan. (without BYOD) - that was a special offer for Christmas week I bought it on 12/18/2019. After Two cards were given it totaled $1250 same as price of Iphone 11 pro max.
I confirmed it with a sales representative through online chat, and double checked about my case. And I followed everything as mentioned to qualify for the promotion even though I was unnecessary unlimited plan for two lines.
Now, it has been 6 month, but I have never got any gift card supposed to be given.
Today, I contacted to claim this matter, and I was denied. The representative told me that only $200 gift card will be send cause I am not eligible for two cards.
just sold as special offer, and then changed line of term.
It's totally fraud.
