I purchased a new iphone 4s 9 days ago and I am under 14 days and Verizon won't honor there part of the contract by letting me take my phone back

Did you buy it from a corporate store? Maybe it's because you did something to your phone?

Verizon doesn't honor anything from a indirect store like wireless zone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    Even though the sign on the front of the building says VERIZON.    Nothing wrong with my phone, I just don't like it compared to the DROID I had.   Verizon is just CROOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wireless zone is a third party store they have there own policy. They don't like to return things at least where I live in New Hampshire. I learned it was cheaper for something at a corporate store and the really didn't want me to leave but I finnaly got my way. Never again.

Have you checked the website for Wireless Zone to see if they have other stores closer to you? Maybe you can return the phone at another store under the Wireless Zone umbrella.

A quick Google search found this website that might be associated with the store you went to. It appears that there is a store in Nebraska since you said you were in Sioux City Iowa. You should verify that it could work to return the phone there before making the trip.
