I'm sorry for the issues you are having receiving calls. Can you make calls ok? Which make and model device do you have? What zip code are you having this issue in? Does it only happen with one specific contact?

1. I have no problem making calls
2. iPhone 5
3. It happened in zip code where I live which is 80504
4, It has happened with more than one contact
5. I can receive calls but if I am on the phone, the new incoming call
won't go to voice mail
