That's an excellent question. We do not have access to Prepaid information. You would need to reach out to the Prepaid department at: 888-294-6804.

Hi, I have bad service connection since I switched to the iPhone from my android. I only have about 2 "bars" at all times. There's also a lot of static whenever I make a phone call.
