i have a galaxy note 2 on a 2 year contract and my little sister is wanting an iphone 5c for christmas, would i be able to add her to the 2 year contract?

Yes, you can add another phone to your ACCOUNT.

But you cannot add another phone to your CONTRACT.

The new line will have its own contract with its own contract end date which will be different from the contract end date of your current phone.
