cannot turn on WiFi calls

Just did the IOS update and now I cannot turn on WiFi calling. I try to turn it on and it says I have to go to the myvzn.com page and then the pages says it is not online.
Took it to a Verizon store who just called the regular phone number, let me sit in the store for over an hour and then it hung up on me.
Customer service is not good at Verizon anymore.
