That is a fantastic question. Having access to your contacts at all times is of extreme importance. The good news is, we have multiple ways to complete this task. For starters, you can use Backup Assistant whicah can be located in the Apple and Google Play Store. Or, you could take your devices into a local VZW Store and we can transfer the contacts for you.
