Hi. We ported over 3 lines from At&T to Verizon on Friday including getting 2 new iPhones. Now all 3 of us have almost no internet. Always super slow but usually cannot even get on a website unless we connect to wifi. Over the phone they had us restart, remove Sim and check cellular settings. My husband has Verizon work phone and is fine in all the same areas as us (we have been all over Phoenix). Is it a coincidence or is service just that bad?
Looks like we will have to return phones and switch back.
