Dropped Iphone 6. Phone was in a protective case and screen is intact. Will not turn on. Tried holding on + home button 30 seconds. Phone heated up so I left it on a lap top fan overnight.

Having a working phone is essential 123ALB. We never like to learn that your phone isn’t turning on for you. Let’s see what we can do to assist. Have you tried to plug the phone into your charger? Does the LED light up that it is recognizing it is plugged in and charging? If you plug it into your computer for iTunes does it recognize the device?

Hello Nicole,
Thank you for responding.
-No LED when plugged into charger. No screen activity.
-ITunes does not recognize my device.
- My computer does not recognize my device.
The phone started to heat up after being dropped last night. I kept it
cool by placing it on a laptop fan overnight. The phone was in a
protective case and the screen is intact.
I'm not sure if I have any insurance coverage with my plan. I'm now on
month to month. How can I find out if I have repair/replace coverage?
Please advise,
Annette Baron

Thank you for getting back to us with that information. Let's figure out what is going on with your phone. When you say that you have no screen activity, for clarification purposes, do you mean that the screen is black or is it frozen?
