Does anybody know what "Unlimited Together World Refund " is?

Also, does anybody know what Federal Universal Service Charge is?

I have been charged for both the above items for February's bill and it looks like it is to be an ongoing thing!

Powk65m as a valued customer, your account's billing concerns are our concerns too. No one wants to see unexpected charges on their Verizon billing statements, and we're here to provide you with information about the fees you're referring to (e.g., Unlimited Together World Refund and Federal Universal Service Charge). Let's begin with the Federal Universal Service Charge (FUSC). The Federal government assesses wireless carriers to fund the delivery of universally affordable telecommunications and information services to all Americans, including low-income consumers, all eligible schools and libraries, and rural health care providers. The Federal Communications Commission also assesses wireless carriers to recover the cost of enforcement, policy and rulemaking, and user information activities for the year, i.e., the Federal Universal Service Charge (FUSC). You can also view more information about Surcharges and Fees by visiting our website at http://spr.ly/66091ljyP. Did you know that each of your account's monthly billing statements includes an "Additional Information" section? This section contains thorough and very detailed information about the "Explanation of Surcharges." You'll locate this information near the last page of your monthly billing statements. I'm sure you'll find this information to be very informative. We're very much interested in your inquiry regarding what is an "Unlimited Together World refund?" To properly investigate this matter, well need access to view your account's billing statements. Since we will need account-specific information from you to gain access to your account, we've sent a Private Message to you regarding this topic. Please be sure to check your inbox.
