get photos on camera to upload to icloud

photos stopped uploading to icloud. It had done so automatically before. I went through settings can't find where to set it to upload

Backing up your phone is so important. Thank you for contacting us and checking on your backup. You should be able to change the settings to make sure they back up when you want them to. Upper Left hand side, within the Cloud app, touch the lines. Go to Settings>When to back up. Also check  >How to back up. By default it is set to WIFI. If you never connect to WIFI, it will never complete.
