I have an iPhone 5C. Whenever I use group texting (multiple cell phone numbers), I getting the 'failed' message. I can receive and reply to group text but I can't initiate one. Any help would be appreciated.

Help has arrived! First thing we want to check is the Group messaging settings. To ensure that it is enabled go to Settings>Messages>Group Messaging. Also let us know if the iMessage feature is enabled?
