Trying to use my iphone4 & it's been searching then goes to no service for over an hour now? And forget about tryin to get live chat too. I'm very frustrated over this is a satellite down or something please help i need to contact someone for a JOB!

No service no good! What zipcode are you in? Is both voice and data not working? Have you tried Resetting the network settings http://vz.to/GzQca3 ? Keep me posted.

9pm I had service restored however almost immediately I needed to do an update OSI 7.0 I think after that installed my service has been fine ;-/ not fun when u have no idea what's going on & definitely not cool when a job offer comes thru & u can't respond!
