Have you been to the Apple Store? Even if you're out of warranty, they help you for free usually.
Try restoring your iPhone with iTunes, it's possible that it's a software issue but it's likely a hardware issue. I'd recommend making an appointment at your local Apple store and seeing what they can do, especially if you're in warranty.
