how can i find out when i might get my recycle envelope mailed to me?

i got my phone and it has been almost 2 weeks , i have a sub mission number and am waiting for envelope to ship my old phone back- cant thru the # number they provide and emails havn't been answered-big surprise-...

Verizon rarely answers the emails that you send. However, there is a nice solution to the trade-in problem. Go to your local Verizon Wireless and tell them you would like to trade-in your phone. Explain the situation to them and they should give you a box to send it in or something. I hope everything works out for you!
